On 31 October 2011 Egg Savings and Mortgages transferred to
Yorkshire Building Society. Since then, we've been managing your account
on behalf of the Yorkshire, and have been working with them to complete
the transfer of all savings and mortgage accounts to Yorkshire Building
Society systems. This will take place in September 2012.
Savings customers
We sent you a letter in July explaining what the transfer will mean to
you, and how you will be able to manage your account with Yorkshire
Building Society in the future.
Mortgage customers
We're writing to you during August to explain what the transfer will
mean to you. We'd like to reassure you that Yorkshire Building Society
is committed to providing you with the same services; online, over the
telephone and by post, that you currently receive.
